REFUND POLICY
1. Returns
• Due to the unique nature of our items (1 of 1 pieces), we offer returns only for defective or damaged products.
• To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
• Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. Refunds
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
• The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
3. Exchanges
• We do not offer exchanges due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our products. However, if you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
4. Shipping
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Policy
• Processing Time: Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing.
• Estimated Shipping Times: Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.
• Local Delivery/Pick-Up: Local delivery or pick-up is not available.
• Delivery Service: We use UPS for all deliveries.
• Processing Hours: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 5 PM.
• Shipping Schedule: Deliveries to UPS are made twice a week, on Wednesdays and Fridays.
